If your address is not found, try a nearby landmark - a grocery store, post office, or gas station within a few blocks works fine as a route anchor.
Optimizer targets min hrs; flags days that push total above max. Override fields are always editable.
Hard cap blocks placement. Long Day flag is a soft warning only.
% If moving a high-priority store earlier adds more than this % to the day's route distance, it stays in optimal position.

Primary: Target  |  Auxiliary: B&N, Blains, Fred Meyer, H-E-B, Kroger

How to Use the Route Optimizer
  • Enter the rep's name and home address in Rep Setup
  • Configure working days, target hours, and daily caps
  • Add stores manually or upload via CSV. Each store needs a name, store number, address, visit frequency, and account type
  • Visit Frequency: Every Other Week, 1x Weekly, 2x Weekly, or 3x Weekly (MVM). MVM stores require a Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat pattern and are always scheduled as stop 2 or 3
  • Account Type sets service time automatically - Primary (Target) = 3.0h, Auxiliary (B&N, Blains, Fred Meyer, H-E-B, Kroger) = 1.0h, Custom = enter manually
  • Mark stores High Priority to give them better day placement and earlier sequencing within a day
  • Hit Optimize Route - the planner clusters stores geographically, assigns days, balances the week, and calculates real road distances
  • Review flags on day cards - High Drive, High Miles, Route Outlier, and Backtrack indicate days that may benefit from manual adjustment
  • Drag stops between days to adjust. Stat boxes refresh automatically. Use Reset or Restore All to revert to optimizer recommendations
  • Download Rep or Manager PDF when ready. Switch to Baseline tab to compare against the rep's current route
